3. Pricing

- We recommend a patch test 48 hours before any hair coloring service to check for allergic reactions.
- After a coloring treatment, we recommend using salon-approved products for maintenance to prolong the life of the color.
8. Client Responsibility
- You are responsible for following aftercare advice and using the recommended products and treatments for the health of your hair.
- We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by neglecting aftercare advice or using unsuitable hair products at home.
9. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of the appointment. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Refunds are not provided for services that have been rendered unless there has been an error on our part.
