Alma + Margo offers chair rental for experienced freelance stylists and barbers in two design-led, independent London salons. Our spaces are calm, creative, and client-focused — ideal for professionals who want to work independently in a beautiful, well-run environment.

We are not a high-turnover “row of chairs” salon. We focus on atmosphere, quality, and a respectful working culture for both stylists and clients.

We prioritise stylists who can commit to consistent days each week, helping create a steady rhythm in the salon for both clients and team.

Our salons are best suited to established stylists with an existing clientele who value working in a professional, friendly, and aesthetically considered space.

Alma + Margo has two London homes, each with its own rhythm and character — united by the same calm, design-led approach and focus on quality.

Shoreditch

Our Shoreditch space sits in the heart of East London’s creative energy. It has the feel of a neighbourhood studio with a cultural pulse — a place where hair, art, music and community naturally overlap. The atmosphere is relaxed, expressive and welcoming, attracting a diverse, style-aware clientele.

Covent Garden

Our Covent Garden salon offers a more boutique, central London experience. Set in one of the city’s most vibrant areas, it has a refined yet friendly feel, with clients who value a calm environment and a highly considered, detail-focused service.
